This impressive, dense and naturally sun-dried African wood will burn for many hours and provide long-lasting heat, which makes it ideal for cooking when having a braaivleis (a South African word for a picnic or barbecue where meat is grilled over an open fire) or barbecue. As it burns so hot, we would not recommend this for indoor use, but it’s ideal for use in fire pits and any alfresco setting.
