Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
KG Smith & Son would like to inform customers that we are taking COVID-19 very seriously and have amended our processes to ensure they’re in line with government advice.
We are still taking orders for our full range of coals, gas and solid fuels, while continuing to work within the government guidelines to ensure safety to both our staff and customers.
If you need more fuel, we are still available to give prices and advice over the phone or online.
Our contactless services will run as follows:
- From your initial call, please state that you wish to go contactless.
- When we’re on our way to your home, we will call you in good time so that you can inform us as to where you would like us to drop off your fuel.
- Our friendly team will complete all orders over the phone to ensure deliveries or collections are as straightforward as possible.
- During this call, we will also ask for your email address so that we can email the quote straight to you. Please review your quote and contact us if you have any questions.
- All of our drivers will be supplied with gloves, hand sanitiser and a face mask, where possible.
